Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
All orders include tracking numbers.
International duties, customs, and fees are included in our price, and you will not be charged additional customs fees after purchase.
All sales are final on discounted items.
2. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your domestic (US) order has been in transit for 10+ business days without arrival, please contact us through our email : hello@capyera.com. We will provide a replacement at no cost
3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
We provide exchanges or refunds within 15 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged, contains wrong items, or is missing items from your order.
What We Don't Cover:

Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to customer-provided incorrect addresses

Transit delays

Unfulfilled orders due to inventory issues or dispatch delays

Orders delayed in customs (customer responsible for customs fees)

Items left outside at customer request that go missing
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is marked as "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, please wait 3-5 business days as it often appears during this time. We recommend checking with neighbors for misdelivered packages.
Contact your local post office (not carrier hotline) for delivery details, as they handle the package after carrier handoff. If the postal service cannot assist, please contact us for additional support.
We are not responsible for packages with GPS location or photographic evidence of delivery to your property, neighbor, or secure location.
5. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US
