Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

 

SIZE/COLOR CHANGES:

Email us at hello@capyera.com for size or color changes before your order is fulfilled! Once fulfilled changes cannot be made. 

Order cancellations are not allowed once order is confirmed.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange at Hello@capyera.com

  • After 14 days: We will not offer returns or exchanges

 

RETURNS:

  • For E-GIFT Card only

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached.

  • You are responsible to pay for your return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund. 

  • EU & Asian Countries -  Returns are not accepted at this time.

 

Refund Policy On Pre-Orders:

  • In the event you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you have 7 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund on your pre-order. You may request a refund byemailing your order number and refund request to hello@capyera.com. Once accepted, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. All other non-pre-order purchased products are eligible for store credit only.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

  • Report defects or worn items immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate and resolve the issue!

 

NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Review your order carefully.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • Check your package tracking here.

  • Report missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation.

  • We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.

 

WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE:

  • Lost packages by Courier Providers
  • Transit Delays Due To Unforeseen circumstances
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or makeup stains
  • Packages Returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Items damaged during customer use
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sales (unless defective)

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

  • If you indicate that you would like to return a product, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your return is completed within a few days.

    We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
